Men's Clothing Drive
RLOC's Ambassadors In Mission and Kingsmen held a men's clothing drive in January 2025 to benefit
the Lutheran Social Services of the National Capitol Area to distribute to men who are members of
our local refugee and/or immigrant communities. The amount of clothing donated was overwhelming and all clothes were only slightly used or brand new. What a huge blessing for the men in need and to those who were
blessed to be able to give. RLOC thanks everyone who made this effort a success!
Food Boxes for Christmas!
For Christmas 2024 the Missionary Department blessed families in need for the holidays with
food boxes. So many food donations were received that we were able to provide Christmas dinner
for ten families in the community. We also donated to Burrville Elementary School, where five families were
blessed with food for the holidays. We thank God for being able to serve and build relationships
with our local community for another year.
To God be the GLORY!

Special Women and Girls Outing
RLOC's women, girls, and friends had lunch at the Ronald Reagan Building Saturday, October 21 prior to a visit to the Museum of African American History and Culture on the Mall. Lunch was good but the expedition through African American history was an awesome experience!
