Ministerial Staff

RLOC’s Ministerial Staff is headed by Senior Pastor, Dr. Joyce Fields and Founding Pastor, Dr. David Fields, Jr. The Staff supports and assists the Pastors and RLOC family in fulfilling the church mission and vision. Our Ministers exemplify Christian discipleship and assist others with becoming disciples. In addition to teaching and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, members of the Ministerial Staff also serve as leaders of various RLOC ministries.  Our Ministers believe Matthew 28:19-20 which says, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” They also hold fast to I Peter 1:15-16 which says, “But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.”
